Hello, my name is Brooke Blackwell!

I am a dedicated instructional designer with a passion for guiding others through the intricate world of learning! By utilizing my expertise and passion for instructional design, I serve as a compass for both subject matter experts and learners on their educational journey. With a commitment to creating engaging and effective learning experiences, I strive to empower individuals to reach their full potential in the realm of education.

My journey as a learner has taken me to many different destinations. After completing my undergraduate degree, I ventured into the non-profit sector for several years where I provided training for college students. Following my experience in the non-profit sector, I transitioned to working for the statewide educational television network for Kentucky. This role ignited my passion for instructional design and e-learning experiences prompting me to pursue a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Learning Technology. During my time in the program, I completed an instructional design internship at CompIQ Solutions.

I currently work as an instructional designer for Eastern Kentucky University. I am eager to apply my expertise and enthusiasm to guide both learners and subject matter experts along their educational paths. Join me on this exciting learning expedition!
